The new mascot of the Cookshire Fair was drawn by Alyson Andrews, a graduating student at the polyvalente Louis-Saint-Laurent in East Angus. A contest was organized from January 28 to March 15 in the Cité-école and the Alexander Galt Secondary School in Sherbrooke. Among all the drawings received, Alyson’s was chosen as the model for the new mascot that will represent the Cookshire Fair from now on. The name of the anthropomorphic cow will be announced shortly.
