Diane Grenier, Betty Rowland and Trudy Tincare lent their voice to the English version of the project.  

The Centre d’action bénévole (CAB) du Haut-Saint-François presented its film The Fall of Happiness at the Bulwer Community Center last April 22. It is the English-dubbed version of a movie about elder abuse released three years ago. 

CAB’s executive director, France Lebrun, said : “I wanted to make this movie in English for the community because it was so important to me.” It is not an easy subject, but the goal remains to stop elder abuse. 

The dubbing was made possible through a grant from the New Horizons for Seniors Program from Employment and Social Development Canada. In the French version, all the actors were local volunteers, and the same was accomplished for the voices heard in the English version.
