Mathieu Garceau-Tremblay is the head brewer of the 11 comtés in Cookshire-Eaton. “We discussed with the organisation the possibility of collaborating with them, and the idea of brewing a beer especially for the occasion quickly landed on the table. For us, it made a lot of sense, and it’s a beer that is a good complement to our summer portfolio.” The Fair Beer, or bière Expo, is an accessible thirst-quenching lagar, refreshing and brewed with local ingredients. It gives homage to the volunteers who have made the Cookshire Fair an essential element in our region since 1845.
